Transfer Rumour Hugo Ekitike

IF reports are true about Mosh going behind the back of the recruitment team then it would probably make sense as to why @The Bobble quashed the rumour a couple of days ago.

As id guess his source is from Thelwell and/or his team.

Or maybe the recruitment team as a whole want it under wraps. Until Romano broke the Chermiti offer, there were no rumours at all.

If the clever minded amongst us were to liken him to a similar French striker that's played prem football, which would that striker be?
Without ever having seen him play and having never heard of him before this week; I can confidently say he is a mixture of Henry, Zidane and Platini

And yes, I know that two of them never played in the Premier League, one of them having played before Sky even invented football

this is a Mosh/Kia Jamoraqiai coup. Mosh wants to be seen as a player as hes had dogs bollocks abuse from fans. Its pay back time for Kia giving us duds…..

Paul Joyce reported it. That 100% means it either got leaked by Kenwright’s approved routes or Joyce checked a story he got elsewhere with him/his ‘circle’ (yes you, Prentice). PJ, King, Bascombe will always do that as they are close with BK across decades and value that source.

BK not being on board/included might actually be a plus. Thelwell being excluded would not. The ‘not everyone’ wording leaves us guessing as to the exact situation.

I’d be a touch less cynical if it was one of the ex-Echo/Post guys Kenwright does not like breaking it eg Hunter, McNulty as I’d be more confident it was being briefed via DoF or manager contacts.

I should add that a cynical man might also note BK’s success at retaining as ‘tame’ friends the Kopite ex-Echo/Post guys whilst having alienated/cut-off the actual Evertonian ones might indicate that the former have always been happier than the latter to go along with his spin and evasion.
