How young is too young for a child to go the match

My daughter technically attended her first match when my wife went with me 8 months pregnant (Portsmouth home - goal in first minute by the Yak!)

If they are off the breast then try them out with a reserve game and build up from there

I took my lad to his first game on his 3rd birthday. But he had been watching everton on tele since start of that season. Took him occasional game till he was 4 and went to remainder of games that season. His bday is april so about 4 games max. Then got him a season ticket season after. Hes now 6 and been going 2 seasons. I sit in lower glad left of the goal by 18yd box so its quite loud.

To sum it up will they sit through the game if you think so first friendly at home take them. If it goes well get a season ticket!
