How would Moyes leaving affect your support ?

His departure would probably throw the club into a period of turmoil and, like everyone else, I would be sad to see him go. I believe he could be the 3rd Scotsman to create a dynasty at a top flight English club and would be devastated to see him do it somewhere else.

If we have a bad season this season I believe wholeheartedly that David Moyes will get his coat and promptly call it a day and I wouldnt blame him one bit . He has consistantly made progress only to be undermined by that absolute sh*tbag Kenwright in every close season transfer saga .

I reckon Moyes is quietly coming to the conculsion RIGHT NOW that he has taken us as far as he possibly can . How long can Kenwright expect Moyes to put up with this ******* bollocks everytime the transfer period comes along .

The supporters need to rise up and have Kenwright slotted . I fcuking hate that cnut he is killing OUR CLUB whilst we watch .

I would continue to support Everton , but I have to say this would be the biggest blow I will have experienced in my life time of supporting Everton .
At the moment , I can't really imagine an Everton without David Moyes . I don't agree with everything he does , but he is the epitome of everything likeable about our club , and I would honestly support him before any single player or board member .

One day there will be a statue of David Moyes outside a football ground , and I hope he is here long enough for it to be us .

Moyes is, admittedly, the best manager we've had since Kendall's first stint, but I'd only throw my shirts away if Phil Thompson took the helm and there aint a chance in hell of that

To be perfectly honest, I think it is actually time to change our manager.
There is one problem, and that is -- EFC under the directorship of Sir Bill Kenwright is as thick as marmite with Dave Moyes.

As far as I'm concerned, it's a kind of dual-pact where they are both protecting each other's phoney-baloney jobs.

Kenwright is guilty of dereliction of duty in that he can't muster the adequate funds needed to compete with practically every other club in the division.

Moyes is guilty of looking after his own job first -- attempting (with the Lescott fiasco) to keep his reputation (whatever you feel that may be) intact.

To be frank, the Arsenal defeat & his stance over Lescott has obliterated what reputation I thought he'd gained into complete mush.

So, if Moyes did walk (I'm on me prayer mat) -- Kenwright still hasn't a buyer for our club -- Kenwright would have to turn to someone like Owen Coyle.

Now if no-other manager took the job (which would be unpresidented), you can take it as a definate that something sh*tty is really happening to what Bill Kenwright actually does as controller of our football club.

I'll always love Everton but if Moyes walked it'd be the death knell for any kind of ambition at this club. Kenwright wanted Megson before Smith recommended Moyes and i'd expect a similar class of manager to be brought in should he leave. I'd support Everton as I did under Walker, Kendall mk. 3, Smith and Harvey, but I wouldn't have anywhere near the expectation I have under Moyes coming into every season. Moyes can coach and instills pride in his players, which I love, but looking at the other available managers who would come here I definitely worry about the future if Moyes was to go

Would be massively dissapointed but i dont think anything could ever make me turn my back on the club.

I prepared myself for it many seasons ago, to be honest i beleive we are on borowed time with Moyes as it is unless investment comes.

If he left i would fear a player exodus and pray that we wouldnt be involved in a relegation scrap - argueably Moyes accounts for much of the clubs turnover it would be catastrophic not only from a footballing point of view but entirely as a club IMO.

I'm not denying that. We were terrible at the beginning of last year and we were terrible at the end of the year before.

But we've always recovered from our bad runs. And until results like last saturday become the norm rather than the exceptions, I'll continue to think that Moyes is the man for the job.

We've twice looked like relegation candidates under Moyes, the year before we got fourth and the beginning of the year after. And each time we've recovered and emerged a better team.

I have no desire to ever see us play as badly as we did against arsenal ever again but I do trust that Moyes will sort it the hell out.
