United's wage bill is absolutely astronomical...

300k a week to Rooney and di Maria and Falcao...
200k to van Persie...
150k a week to Mata...

That's a total of over 80m for just five players' wages for a year. Yikes!
 
ManU are now introducing the 'false goalkeeper' position. Who needs defenders when you can buy up every striker on the planet.......

Not easily, they dont have that sort of money to throw about.

Suarez they knew full well it was only for a max of 12 months.

United have 3 / 4 players on £200k a week. The level of finance they have is different league to Liverpool.
 
The reason we're getting Falcao in is because RVP is due surgery on his knee which might rule him out of action for 3-6 months.

Plus HE'S WORLD CLASS. I am absolutely buzzing. I just can't believe that we've actually signed quality players this window.

1 more to come as well as Falcao too, apparently! I LOVE YOU WOODY!

You can't say anything against what they are doing, or you are being 'bitter'.
 
Would you welcome Falcao if he was offered to you, Everton supporters - if Lukaku was due surgery on his knee which would be ruling him out?

It's a no brainer transfer. He'll add goals - we can't rely on a poor Rooney and an older RVP all season, Van Gaal knows this.

I don't think anyone is doubting Falcao's quality, and anyone turning their nose up at him is a tit. I think what they're questioning is Utd needing some decent centre mids and a new defence, but instead spunking money all over the shop on anything but that.

I think what people seem to struggle with is a team that finished 7th, can throw mony about like this.

It is exactly what you lot did not like City doing, and is hardly the 'doing it the right way' that United fans seem obsessed with.

It hypicritical.
