We need to be at least 3 points ahead of Leeds come the final day, which would mean regardless of results they'd go down on goal difference.

We'll know a lot more after their next two games. Any surprise results in their favour would be devastating but hopefully the natural order of things plays out and they get pasted by both Arsenal and Chelsea

Worst case scenario now is Burnley winning their 3 remaining games, that would leave us needing to win 4. I doubt it’ll come to that. Looking at their fixtures, Spurs, Villa and Newcastle (who are all in form), they could lose all 3, meaning we just need 3pts to finish 1pt above them.
