Indeed, stop messing around and take Masters and the PL to court. Then he will have to open the books on the various minutes of the league and any emails/ WhatsApp etc. get the man in front of a Judge….and tell everyone that’s what we are going to do…….

The four added on to the -6 which apparently is automatic penalty if you breach FFP (me neither) is the one that should be contested with the vigour the club can argue as that can be overturned.

Seems very flimsy reasons really. "Well you sold Richarlison when we requested and you should've seen Putin would invade Ukraine eventually but we'll deduct you points anyway."

Forest getting charged I reckon also helps with the appeal as can just point to them keeping Brennan Johnson past 1st July 2023 when they really should've been selling him before that date.
