How do we ‘fix’ the relationship between fans and the club?

Get rid of Prentice.
Apologist for the total dysfunction & mediocrity that got us here.
Convinced he was the one who smeared fans about DDB being assaulted.
Need a much better executive team, but symbolically this would be good start.

Just be reasonably competent at board level and reasonably competitive at the footballing level with a style of play that embraces what modern football is. It is an entertainment as well as a sport, so act like it. It’s not constantly about winning, we’re not in that ball park anymore, just be competitive and occasionally hit Europe.
