How arsed are you about losing to Norwich

Annoyed that we are out of one of our two realistic chances of silverware and concerning that we seem a bit flat without a few key players.

But our dreadful luck in this competition (Naisy's goal was downright weird!) and our good start to season temper my angst a lot.

that's how I feel mate, that we've just given away our chance to progress so cheaply. Gueye deffo the only one who can say he reached a level that is required.

For those wondering, this was after Fulham knocked us out and we were on 9 points from 5 games, 2 of those 5 games were against teams who no longer participate in the EPL.

Top seven in the league was good enough coming off a sixth place finish, but now that we've finished consecutive seasons in eleventh place anything short of the title is a pat on the head.

Never happy losing but I'm consoling myself on the fact we are 2nd in the league. I'd rather get a decent league finishing position than get to 2 cup semi's and finish 11th.

Once we've bought some top brass then we can attack the cups knowing we have the team to give it a good crack. At the moment we would be relying on another team having a meltdown. I do however reserve the right to change my mind if Norwich play Preston in the final, if that happens then i'm 100% full fume about this result.

BTW getting into Europe was one of the seasons 3 aims back then, where as tonight Koneman has given up on 50% of our season apparently?
