Good positive start lads, maybe not reflecting other threads. Are the haters willing to give some real explanation?

The stronger the foundations, the greater the growth will be. What is more, it is being done in a way we have no conception of, but Moshiri is not in this business to throw money unwisely at unsustainable projects.
We will all see the benefits soon, after this uncertain and frustrating period. So for me, it appears to be an undramatic beginning. How it transpires will be the most significant modern day period for our beloved club. So it has to be right from the start.
And as soon as things begin to show benefits, the Everton bandwagon will be truly ready to roll. And that beginning is imminent, I'm convinced.

I have been totally underwhelmed so far......but I am not sure that is a bad thing.

Working away quietly in the background to re-structure the club is better than the hype which normally accompanies big takeovers at football clubs and leads to irrational exuberance which makes any subsequent let down feel worse....the RS and Villa spring to mind.

I still think they should have acted to remove Bobby before the semi final and we might have had a chance of winning the Cup.

I don't think Koeman is a particularly inspiring appointment.....but not a bad one either.

The most positive thing about the new regime is obviously the prospect of a new stadium.

And I like the Russian enforcer ;)

Same as the old one

was just about to post the exact same words

I haven't forgotten Moyes got us regular best-of-the-rest on a budget, and Bobby's first season matched that. Everton aren't the last two seasons, they're a blip. If Koeman and Mosh get us back to Moyes-era best-of-the-rest (ie. 5th-7th), then we're still only at same as the old one levels. The stunning lack of transfer activity suggests we're a long way from even that.

A reduction of the clubs debt and proper planning for a new ground - ignoring the playing side that's surely big thumbs ups for that. It may be a longer term project then some hope but we are closer to NSNO with the current groundwork .
