More addicted to a having a 'kin charger around and I don't even use the g'damn thing. One in the car, multiple in the home...just KOFF and fix the capacity issue already and get out of the PC mindset. It's a mini laptop with the same BS issues and limitations a laptop has, plus a đź’© input interface , get a clue.

I’ve gone for 7, only because I’ve got myself into the habit of leaving it downstairs when I go up of an evening. Not scrolling before bed/as soon as I wake up makes a big difference.

Loads of work to do on not reaching for it the rest of the day, though.

I'm not on social media and am a well known pain in the arse when it comes to answering my phone/responding to messages etc.

Still on it more than I'd like to be though.

I'd love to criticise the younger generation for their screen time on the phone but if I tally up the time I spent as a teenager staring at monitors or TV screens playing games and watching the same films and series repeatedly it'd feel a bit hypocritical.

The portability of it though is a huge problem in the workplace. The last couple of years I've noticed a significant percentage of younger entrants into our place are incredibly slow at completing various tasks 'cos they're constantly distracted by their phones.
