I'm more than happy for him to stay, but if he goes i'm sure we'd be able to replace him with somebody as good as him/or better. He is liable to a few cock-ups a game, but he's still done a job for us in the middle. Did the simple things well on Sunday, but when he try's to do a Gibson 40-yarder, it just doesn't happen.

Unfortunately, the gulf in class between him and Gibson/Osman is massive. I dread the day when we see a Nev/Hitz midfield partnership.

Maybe Moyes will sign him up 'til the summer, then flog him later this month ala Neil - would probably fetch 1/2 a mil or so.

....from what I gather Moyes liked his attitude and that is why he took him on. The fact that his contract coincides with the opening of the Jan transfer window indicates that he was stop-gap and Moyes has somebody coming in. Unlike others, I have not been impressed by his performance and feel that we will struggle each time he plays.
