I do not think Moyes should be replaced.

However I will say that the reason we are loosing is because the players aren't determined or motivated etc, but half the job of being a Manager is to make the players motivated and to get them to put in their all on the pitch.

And in the first half they couldn't have a gave a [Poor language removed]. They didn't want to be there and no one wanted the ball. Lack of leadership in the team.

Moyes is taking too long to stumble onto something that works. Injuries should not be an issue anymore since we have yak and pieenar back.
Dont tell me jag and Arteta is still out, we've done well in the later half of last season without them and now we have addition of neill, heit, distin, billy and yak in the team we should be stronger and playing many times better.

Been out yesterday and haven't seen anything regarding this match. There was a reason though, I didn't bother to log in at GOT when I came back. This pathetic thread shows exactly why. I don't think some people on here relise how bad this situation is getting!

We have been battered by man utd and arsenal
we have lost aginst bolton,fulham,burnley,hull.
we have drawn at home against wolves and stoke.

in our wins against west ham and portsmouth we were totaly out played and hung on for dear life.

aginst wigan at 1-1 they broke with a 4 on 2 and messed it up, we won with a last minute panalty. we was lucky to get a result, at home!

the only result i can remeber us winning quite easily was blackburn and even then our play was very direct.

The reason for these results are that we are direct, predictable and very easy to defend against.

this is not down to injuries this is down to match tactics.

football has moved on since the 70's and 80's style of english football when teams used to lump it forward in a kick and rush style!

We are possibly the worst footballing side, and are the most boring side to watch in the prem.

the people who think this type of football is exceptable are the probably the ones who don't pay out hundreds of pounds a season to watch this [Poor language removed]!!!

Well said i do like moysey though but he has let it slip recently he needs to get his head right now.

Off the field he's got a team raveaged by injuries - hasnt got a plan B to deal with it.

Personally i think dm has played a blinder this season. I remember the good old days when a point was a good result. Relegation battles are exciting, better than almost sort of being good..ish! Ive never once called for any everton manager to be sacked so im not going to start now. We'll never win without creativity. On top of that our goalscoring midfielder has been forced out wide to become a dire winger, without Neville, we've got a burnt out Rodwell expected to protect our back four and an inexperienced Fellaini expected to carry the attack of our midfield alone. How can any manager win with that?

We have enough quality to beat stoke,wolves,burnley and hull even with certain players missing and we have been 2nd best in each of them games.
The players have to fight for their shirts and not live on past glories or hide behind the injury situation.
