Is Baines gonna miss the Spurs game? If he makes it, surely:

Jags/Neville-Yobo-Lescott-Baines

should be our starting back four?

I think along the same lines as teppic. Moyes will not change much.. perhaps exchanging Stubbs/Jags.

He won't remove Osman since he scored. If we, somehow, sign an AM before tomorrow Anichebe might be sacrified to do a 4-4-1-1.

Am not to thrilled with a 4-5-1 with Carsley-Neville-Jags in the middle of the midfield. Then we could just as easily play 7-2-1.

Hurrah. Naysmith and Beattie gone, we have our new boo boy.

HIBBERT OUT.

I dont think anyone is suggesting going that far. Hibbo is a great player to have, but its clear to see he's lost his form at the moment and was probably the worst player in the team at the weekend.

I wouldnt say Hibbert is the new boo boy, but someone will get criticism, its obvious, when the worst player leaves, there is always the next worst player. There has to be a worst and best player.

i don't want to sound over the top.. but the squad is tight. (oh matron!) no need to pick on any player. well VDM does make it difficult...

i like osman a great little player. hibbo might be limited, but the main criticism was that he could not go forward and his crossing was [Poor language removed]. watching the highlights on the os he seemed willing to overlap for arteta and put in a peach of a cross for who???? leon osman!!!

Your right teppic, im not complaining about this squad really, we could do with more, but who we have are as good as who we've had for the last 20 years.

Not surprise hibbert become the whipping boy. His distribution is terrible, he tackling is much better. I guess he's still in the side because he tackle well.

Cant come back soon enough. Accusations of him being responsible for the 'hoof' have turned out to be as wide of the mark as Jelavic's current shooting.
Being able to lock down that right flank would provide no small amount of confidence to the rest of the defence and would allow Coleman to go RM and free up Mirallas to potentially play up top.
Something simple and a change back or revert if you will to a system we've been confident with just might do us wonders.
(This is not a criticism of Coleman at RB)
