Ossie had a good first half today, and Moyes recognised the threat of Babels pace by throwing Hibbert on. Always nice to have options, and fresh legs that have played many a Derby to come on and shore up the game. Quality.

You have to admit Osman went missing second half. It was like he wasn't even on the pitch.

When players like Billy, Gueye, Heitinga (or any outsiders/foreingers that aren't adapting to England, maybe) start to worry about our form and we're we are going as a club, it's players like Hibbo and Ossie that are there to show them what Everton is about.

I've always stated, we need players like this at this club, ditto with any club.
