Me liver's the size of Illinois, and feels like the state's entire population is doing the pogo on it. Me mouth feels & smells like something died in there last week, despite me brushing me teeth & swilling with listerine.

Me farts smell so obnoxious that even I don't like the smell of them; and as for the state of me gaff...
