How are you today mate
Back is worse pains shooting up to my neck, but last night win cheered me up no end, I think my dodgy back went when the pumped the dye in when I had my scan with my hands stretched behind my head its happened before the pain should go eventually - no result news on my scan as yet which sometimes is good news

Nothing much resting my back - I was up at 6 45 am in agony so a sleep later on will help maybe
dont go out that much anyway
