I dislike Walsh as much as the next man, but had this guy not got injured last year he was widely expected to make the nigeria wc squad which would have likely qualified him for a permit. Just our usual luck then, basically

Strange how Watford got a permit for an uncapped Richarlison who had only played in Brazil and we couldnt get one for a lad who played in the CL.

Hopefully he's in the next Nigeria squad.

A players specific Country and it’s ranking is crucial to permits these days I think .
