That's the case Zat. But, as I said in an earlier post, the authorities are usually quite fair in these things. Next summer he'll only be just outside the U21 rulings which allow a smaller percentage, plus we can argue that it was only his injury that made him miss out on the WC. The fact that he was in squads prior and post injury would back this up.
Provided he plays in Nigeria's games this season I can't see a problem with getting the work permit through.
