Henry and Carragher...

I thought it interesting that when Carragher was talking about talented youngsters at Everton he mentioned Kieran Dowell. I think it shows that he must be held in a high regard outside of the club even though he hasn't made the breakthrough yet. I would like to see him go to a good championship side.

We're not cool, hip and sexy. We're exactly what a football club should be. Its what makes us great and makes the other 3/4 successful clubs in England look like bells.

Carra's comment today is hilarious:

Everton have a high standard of youth players coming through the ranks and they should be praised, but we must also mention Liverpool.
We are lucky lots are coming through both clubs.

W T F !!!

WHY, Why must he mention both clubs? Is it the bullets in the post from the people who post things such as 'I've just had cheese on toast. YNWA'
on social media?

They brought some undoubted talent through their ranks in the late 90's but they have produced sod all of note since Gerrard.

Laughable bunch of cultists.

Imagine in a few years:
'Everton's new waterfront is a state of the art arena and will bring huge funds into the city, but we must also give a mention to the big Meccano stand at Anfield' Both stadia are at the forefront of the world game'.

Yep, they will twist it any way they like such as "it was a good job we built our new stand as that was kick up the arse Everton needed to build their new 500m 60k stadium. The last little dig by Carragher about Liverpool also producing home grown talent shows you what a little tit he is.

I don't mind him at all. I quite enjoy listening to his analysis and can't remember a time I've thought it was poor or half-arsed. Same with Neville.

Know it's been talked about ad nauseam but I'll never get how someone like Carragher can grow up a mad bluenose by all accounts and end up a die hard red. You can play for teams and seperate it, loads of players have shown that. Even Rooney, it's pretty obvious he's still a massive blue deep down. Can't imagine him going on Sky when he's retired and tugging off Man Utd
Rush still says his hero was big Bob
Fowler was a blue
Mc Mahon same
Those three are rabid RS
True not as much as carragher tbf

The Gary Neville documentary last night (really good!) showed a weekend in his punditry life basically, including the Derby, and it showed Carragher celebrating the Liverpool goal, and Neville just goes "he's supposed to be neutral" and "he supported everton growing up". He was properly celebrating too

Course they have mate, they had the world class Sterling (bought him), the MAGNIFICENT WORLD CLASS BETTER THAN STERLING Jordan Ibe (Sold him) and the best defender of the modern age Jon Flanagan (loaned him)

Yeah so nobody then.

i like the way the director must be in his ear telling him to slow his chops down as the southerners arent understanding a bleeding word of what he;s saying...

he now talks in slow motion scouse

Thought McMahon was a blue? I thought I heard him on Century legends years ago saying playing for them was just a job but was always a blue. It may have been someone else though.
