Has anybody got a recording of Howard Kendall's first game in charge against Birmingham City which resulted in a 3-1 win? I would love to have a copy of it if anyone has the recording.

I was there mate - If I recall Alan Biley (Rod Stewart look-a-like), scored on his debut, and looked half-decent! Sorry but I don't have a link to the game...did we have TV and video back then?

I was at that game and thought this Biley fella was going to be a star, alas, we ruined strikers even then. To be fair though, I think he was just gash. No vid sorry.

alan ainscough scored with everton having signed him from bimingham in the close season, he was there player of the year aswell. the birmigham fans went ballistic
