Been in Daily Mirror after the calamity when my son was born, it was in again last year although i only found out when someone collared me at the school. The same article was in a lot of medical journals and on quite a lot of websites including Discovery.

Was on telly once in a half-time crowd shot at goodison against Coventy in the mid-nineties it was a monday night game and I went on my own.
When I got home my old fella and me brother had the video set up ready to show me.
So andy warhol was right - means Ive got 14mins and 55 seconds of fame left. :P

Crime Watch, ah the memories, sitting in a mates 1 night all watching it. Crime Watch comes on, they do that section about wanting people and they show photos. A picture comes on the screen, we all turn to our right, where 1 of the lads is sitting, he just muttered "[Poor language removed]". Yes, he did get nicked for it, Crime Watch does work!

I was on crimewatch a long time ago. Not as a criminal though. My policeman uncle was shot dead by the I.R.A just yards from me. He was leaving me off at my Karate lessons, as he did every week. He was followed and shot as he came out of the car.
Not something you wish to be on crimewatch giving evidence about as a kid. :(

Also seen someone that our family knew, i was round there within 2 mins, the guy had hightailed it and they had a bear in the air, 'twas a good night that with rozzers chasin' round all over the show like dogs trying to itch their towel holders.

He'd knocked out about 1 million quid of fake gold chains, don't think they ever got him either.

Was in a half time shot in the crowd when I went to watch Charlton at the valley a few years ago. Clearly mouthing the words "she told me to F*** off!" as I was holding my fone reading a text!

Soccer AM - fan of the week (I got a last minute call up to be a Kidderminster Harriers fan, as someone dropped out) what a weekend!

Also, I was asked questions for EvertonTV outside Goodison against Wolves a few week with 3 others, never did catch myself on there! Would love to find it....

Went to the FA cup quarter final in 1991, actually had a day off work because of it, pretended I was ill, and lo and behold, Slater, an outstanding player that night, ran on as the ball went out of play and came hurtling into the advertisings, and the camera zoomed in and I was there for all to see, it was only when I got back from the game some time later that I realized I had been shown, as I asked for the highlights to be recorded when I was away.

I still don't think anyone relevant really knew about it, but I did see myself.

nearly 20 years ago now, doesn't seem that long.

When we were in Nuremburg 2 years ago,We were in the very well frequented Irish Bar that was part of our hotel (Victoria) and what turned out to be the main meeting place for around 6000 Evertonians. We were in the bar that is under the hotel when a German TV company popped in (DSF).I must be a magnet as they come straight over to me and our kid & my mate 'WalkaboutBilly' (goes walkabout after a few and Vanishes!with the match/flight tickets etc). They asked if we could sing a couple of 'Everton' songs. We Did!
Steve gerrard gerrard,he runs over kids in cars, his bird takes it up the....etc...........they aired the whole lot, unedited on german tv at 5pm that day.much to the amusement of a few mates at home with 'Iffy satellite systems'.Billy, for those interested, was woken up by armed police, while asleep on an empty train and given a personal escort by said amused (dozen or so) police ALL the way to the ground!

I can be seen outside Wembley in the build up to the FA Cup Final in 1995 with my Dad. I've still got this on video!

There was also a close up of me and a couple of mates on Match of the Day before Crewe played Southampton in an FA Cup replay back in 1996.

30 years ago now, a mate and i decided to jack in our jobs and go picking grapes in france.........just before the coach left london the thats life team turned up and interviewed me as there were no jobs. never saw it but my sisters did

I made a few PSAs when I was in high school as a representative of SADD (Students against Drunk Driving) that were played for a month or two. When I was 18 or so, I was also interviewed for a local news program about a big lottery win. They came into the store I was working in as we were a lottery agent, and wanted to get our reactions to the big win. My sound bite was the only one used on the program, so I guess I was the only one to say anything cogent.

I forgot to mention I was featured in a programme called 'The Pier' which was a South-East TV version of the South Bank Show. I was playing the part of Trinculo, the jester, in The Tempest. It was a joint English Shakespeare Company/Maidstone Prison production where the Director, leading man (Prospero) and lady (his daughter, Miranda) were members of the ESC and all the rest of the cast were...ahem...inmates.

After our final performance, an old lady came up to me and asked: 'Excuse me, are you a professional actor or one of the prisoners?' I thanked her for asking (thinking it was obviously difficult to tell) but admitted I was an inmate, whereupon she said: 'Oh, in that case, can you tell me where the toilet is?' :(

I was on BBC 2 once,They did a documentry on The Beatles and i had just turned into Penny Lane on my way home and they had just started filming,So you cn see the back of my head.(y)
