Have Everton ever reduced you to tears?

As a complete and utter wuss, there are a few I remember

Leicester 2004, when Bent scored in inj time (age 15)
Liverpool 2005, L 2-1 (age 16)
Bucharest 2005, L 5-1 (age 16)
Liverpool 2008, L 2-0 (age 19) - In my defense, I was completely, coma-inducingly bladdered out of my skull!
Bolton 2011, L 2-0 (age 21) - I was convinced we were going down at that point
Norwich both games this season (age 23)

However, I didn't shed a single tear for

Any other derby beating under Moyes
Arsenal 1998, L 4-0 (age 9) - the game which many thought relegated us
Chelsea 2009 F, L 2-1
Liverpool 2012 SF, L 2-1

It just takes something very particular and neurotic to set me off!

"Grow Up" comments at the ready....

I shed a few tears yesterday. Don't know why as I wasn't really that bothered about Moyes leaving b4 the game. I think was the whole occasion just got to me in the end. I was very proud man after seeing the atmosphere we created at goodison. No other club in the world could that happen.

First time I ever felt sad over a football game was England going out on pens against W. Germany at Italia '90. I was only a kid, but the scenes on TV hit me right in the stomach. Regarding Everton, I've never shed a tear, but I was incredibly anxious during the Everton/Wimbledon '93 game, and then went through the whole bull$hit again in '98 against Coventry. Horrible.

Many times. Came close a few times this season too - Jelavic's last minute winner against Spurs had me on the cusp of it.

Freely cried at Moyes' first game in the Gwladys Street, massive win, immediately felt like we'd turned a corner.

Never cried at a match but had a lump in my throat a few times when I ended up sitting next to Harry Cross as a kid. He hated me and I dreaded going to the match sometimes.

Also when I was a kid at Christmas time and I got fingerless Everton gloves off Santa. It caused a lot of confusion, anger and tears every time my fingers were freezin at the match.

Why fingerless?

What was the point?

When Duncan re-signed I was simultaneously crying and bouncing around the room. I was like, 7, to be fair though.

yeah once when i was 13 at wembley against united in the Semi Final, but everyone was emotional that day.

The guy on 16 secs next to the kid telling Neville to f off

Would you believe me if I told you that was me? I'm not telling him to **** off like, I was joking with the guy to the left of me that it's Neville coming out first, was not expecting it at all.
