I'll be brutally honest. I started reading and I wasn't impressed.

You should try a different angle to the well worn path your treading. Writing is about originality and depth, reader involvement. I want to look forward to your blog. I want to go away from it richer from the experience.

You gotta drum up some kind of support through your style, get your readers interested in what you have to say. Be witty but not wanky. Use some words people don't hear very often and broaden their views.

Don't start your introduction piece with 'Again' unless it's poignant and contextual.

I'll read you mate, but I don't want to read regurgitated Toffeeweb slush. If you are serious about writing, you have to be well read.

And don't take negative reviews to heart. Use them to your advantage by improving.

Look forward to the next update.

Thanks for the info, this being the first real blog I've ever written I will take this all into consideration. Being 16 my vocabulary isn't as good as some of the great columnists on here or on the BBC, but I'm hoping to improve gradually. If you all bare with me.

Thanks

It's a blog. He's not trying to go pro or submit it to a publisher, why not let him write what he wants to write?
