Has it all gone a bit wrong?

I think the quality of opposition definitely counts for something, the RS have played all no marks in pre-season. I reckon our preparation is a lot better than in previous seasons.

disagree with that to be honest, pre season is about getting fit - thats it. also i think we would have been served far better playin against weaker teams so we can properly get the new system and tactics going in time for the start of the season

the season hasn't even start yet FFS!

His style will take time to blend in and anyone who though Martinez was going to turn up and with a click of the finger we would be all passy passy and looking great need to get a ****ing grip.

PRE-SEASON IS NOT IMPORTANT

Norwich away is all that matters, ****ing madrid, juve and valencia and everyone else, they dont matter.

They must be ****ed like us...... :)

Thank you for your superb contributions, I really do appreciate them. xx

I've personally enjoyed pre-season and the style of football that we are playing along with some individual performances has me quietly optimistic about the season.

That said, these feelings are just as invalid as those of the OP. It's pre-season and we should not be judging our manager on the teams performances in non-competitive games.

All will become clear by christmas but until that time I think it's our responsibility as supporters... to actually support the team and the new manager.
