Thanks. Whenever I saw any derby county line ups they were organised in a 3-5-2 and he was the furthest pushed up behind the 2 but I didn’t actually watch any of the games.

I'd say 6 because he was good there for Derby and he'd probably be best there for us as he can see everything ahead of him.

He was never the furthest forward so wherever you saw those line ups i suggest not to use again
In open play he was typically sat deepest of 3 or the deeper of a pairing.He was very good for Derby.

Boyland's piece this morning says 'most of the Championship' is interested which is fantastic for the lad. Would be on our own team now to pick the best place for him.

He grew into the game….but he did not rip them apart and put on some wc level performance.
I really really like him btw, but we need to calm down. He played against a Division 3 team….some of them players are closer to semi-pro, than prem level.

In the long term he'll be a regular in the team but he's still learning. He'll make mistakes and also show signs of brilliance because that's what good young players do. It's up to Moyes to give him game time to learn from those around him in a game situation.

If he doesn’t go on loan somewhere he has to play regularly. I think it’s obvious we want another midfielder with the links in the press. If we get one in I’d be tempted to send him out for regular minutes. I’d be putting a break clause in it though.
It’s clear his time at Derby has really helped fast track his development. An 18 year old that looked several steps above a League 1 team shows you where he’s at in his development. You can say they’re League 1 all you like but they’re professional footballers with lots of experience in a tough league and he looked head and shoulders above anyone else in their team. Prem football might be a bit soon for him but he should be playing regularly in the Championship at the very least to help him progress.
Really excited for this lads future but we need to do what’s right for him right now or we’ll never reap the rewards and he’ll be just another Everton kid that fades away. Come on blues, do the right thing for him

I thought he was excellent last night, moved well with the ball. I found myself getting frustrated that when he found himself in space we didn’t push the ball quicker into him from usually Tarkowski and Keane.
That being said I think KDH will play in the midfield 2 and he’s behind Garner, Gueye and probably Tim. If I was him I’d want to go and play week in week out and get some proper experience but maybe not in the championship but abroad. No doubt he is Gueyes succession plan in my eyes so plan for that for next season

Scored a hat trick at u21s playing further forward, played deep at Derby , very capable at 8 , just let him develop. We are in the best position to do that , as last night showed he was allowed to move about a bit and be monitored how he played and given feedback afterwards. Send him out on loan and you get another Derby replica, a team who need him to play in the one position they’re short of , this suits them but maybe not him.
