No other Chelsea manager just lost their best player and had a transfer ban to contend with in their first season, no other Chelsea managers put 5 youth players straight into the first team ( tomori, Abraham, mount, Hudson odoi and James )
3 of which are still a a fixture now and 2 where sold for big money to big European clubs.
Half the managers on the list had half the time as well.
Think he done a good job at Chelsea, especially season one, second season wasn't great but don't think he was given time to turn it around
