used to hate the feeling myself due to young excess...now in my twilight years, it's all about maintaining the balance. A sweet spot does exist but it lives on a knife's edge.

Theres no way you can go out say 2pm come in 5 am drank all sorts of different drinks and not be hungover IMO

There is no substitute.

You've got to get it down early though. I find that if I leave eating until the afternoon, my stomach struggles whereas if I eat early then I am fine for the day.

In terms of the evening, a chicken and lamb achari from the curry house, with keema naan and rice usually helps a lot, washed down with a beer or two.
