in Bari, Cremona and Naples.

-Clubs that risk point/s deduction are:
Atalanta, Bologna, Cesena, Chievo, Genoa, Lazio, Napoli, Novara and Udinese.
-Clubs where Executives, Director/s, Coaches are involved face relegation.
Lecce and Siena risk point/s deduction to relegation.
- It seems after all is said and done, Inter will make CL and Roma EL.
Lazio, Napoli and Udinese risk point/s deduction = No Europe.
* Referrals from Prosecutor office in Cremona arrived @ FIGC, Federal
Prosecutor Palazzi office in Rome on Tuesday May 8, 2012.
- The following was reported as breakdown of referrals:
22 clubs.
33 games; 29 from Serie B, 2 from Tim Cup, 2 from Leg Pro.
52 Active players and 2 former players.
4 Club Executives / Club employees.

- Serie A Clubs effected in the 1st referrals are:

- On May 9, 2012, the witnesses and charged were notified and FIGC send
the referrals to the Disciplinary Commission.
- 1st Trial is likely to be end of May, 2012 and finish before Euros. [we look set to be involved in this trial, when initially expected for 2nd trial]
* Referrals from Serie A games for 2009/11 & 2010/11 seasons
will be part of 2nd referrals from investigation by Prosecutor offices
in Bari and Naples.
- Serie A clubs likely to part of 2nd referrals are:
Chievo, Genoa, Lazio, Lecce, Napoli, Udinese and possibly
Bologna and Cesena,
- 2nd Trial is likely to be in July and finish before August 2, 2012.

* FIGC and CONI will likely apply points deduction to 2011/2012 season.
- Likely bans for players and illegal bettors by FIGC will be:
a) 1 year ban from all football activities for anyone who was asked to
fix a game, refused but then failed to report it.
b) 2 years ban for anyone who placed the bet but didn't play in the game.
c) 5 year ban to player who agreed to fix the game and played in it. [Mauri risks a 5-year ban]

* Gianello, the former G.K. of Napoli has stated to the prosecutor
office he made attempt on behalf of the bettor/s to fix
Sampdoria - Napoli game on May 16, 2010. In the dressing room he
asked Paolo Cannavaro and Grava to fix the game, however both refused.
* Also, Gianello has admitted to the prosecutor office that it is his
voice on the wiretaps that has Ex-Chievo Player Cossato w/conversations
with him and the bettors stating 9 to 11 players had agreed to fix the
Napoli - Inter game; it was to end in a draw and ensure Inter finish #2,
Napoli #3 and Napoli have straight passage to CL.
