When he put the ball in the net say last season his faults could be overlooked.

However he has been woeful this season. And dumbfoundly has been made captain. He cant get around the pitch. And marco not only plays him now where he needs legs ,he makes him captain.

I dont have a word for that. I cant think of one to explain my feelings.

That’s the problem, they were overlooked. His dire performances contributed direct to us losing games like Spurs at home and Southampton away, but he got consolation goals in those games that made his stats look better so people think he played alright. He might have scored 13 league goals last season but he only played well in about 8 games.

A number 10 is supposed to be someone that knits it all together in the final third, not once since he’s been here have we looked even remotely cohesive in the final third with him on the pitch. And don’t even get me started on him playing deeper, nyarko levels of bad

To add to the above, he has played well in 1 game this season (Wolves) and must have played well in about 3 games in his first season. £45m, 80-odd appearances and barely 15 worthy performances. Quite simply unacceptable, a complete disaster of a signing.
