It's gone beyond the benefit of any possible doubt now. He's not in the wrong system, he's not short of confidence and he's not out of form. He's just genuinely a poor footballer who turns up very rarely. He's got no business starting another game for this team for a long time.

I think his value is already beyond zero. He's finished, and his wages are sky high. For any club to take him we would need to either pay them, or give him away for free and pay a large chunk of his wage.
