He's has a good start to the season. If we can wipe last season from the records it's been a decent start to his everton career so far. Glad he bagged a goal as well, hope he can continue in this way because he's got into some good positions going forward and he's been a key player for us in creating chances and assisting the assister.

He was average. It says something about him when he’s a senior international player in a midfield with two academy players and he’s still not taking responsibility. Some clever flicks here and there and he stuck a boot out for the goal. I’m sure the stats are good but he didn’t trouble a championship midfield at any point. Dowell and Davis did all of the midfield playing in this game.

It was noticeable when he went off, as he was linking all the play up, between the midfield.

Why? Others on that list are also on corner duty and their teams also posed much more of a threat from open play due to the fact that Swans were generally crap.

i think the whole team didnt play well together today and its hard to single out sigurdsson. personally thought he was the better of a grim bunch today
