I think we've already established certain individuals here don't understand stats very well. So we concede 3 goals on pure mistakes or bad individual play that has nothing to do with Sigurdsson, yet somehow he gets blame.

It's good to see that he's playing up higher so that his abilities in the final third can be taken advantage of. Looking forward to a bunch of goals and assists from him this year.

I haven’t actually seen anyone anywhere blaming the goals we conceded on him.

Ha well yes indeed? I was thinking he was more aggressive and broke up play, his set piece work was not up to scratch except for the Keane goal, what was that with Lucas? I also have a very low opinion of his play since he joined us so maybe I am being optimistic!

Took him a bit to get up-and-running last season due to not playing at all during the summer, but once he did he was quality.

Only real chance of getting the best out of him is to move him into a modric role, even if he isn't as effective .

It sounds a little rooney esq but allow him to pivot and pass rather than move if that makes sense? That's if we have a player in front of him to make the movements.
