Van Dijk and Mane are certainly top ten in the world currently. Salah has gone off the boil a bit from what I've seen. De Bruyne should be rated about 6 places higher. Ederson is better with his feet than Alisson and absolutely nothing else - Ter Stegen is better than both. Firmino is vital to their side but should be about 30 places lower, van de Beek needs to show his current Ajax form week in week out in a tougher league to be anywhere near 33, Duvan Zapata has had one top 100 worthy season in his whole career, De Ligt is nowhere near the second best CB around, Henderson has a good engine on him but isn't even a top 200 footballer.
In fact you look through that list and a lot of players are included for one season alone. A lot haven't shown anything outside of a poor to average domestic league either. Ajax were an breath of fresh air last season, took on and best some of biggest European clubs around. This season they went out to a decent Valencia side and an inconsistent Chelsea team.
Can we instead get a worst top 100 players featuring players at the top level who are still picked on a regular basis and can I nominate Michael Keane for the top 10?
