GROUP G - Belgium, Panama, Tunisia, England

I reckon England could actually win the group.

Tunisia and Panama will hold a defensive wall and i don't reckon there will be lots of goals in the group.

The Belgian players aren't too keen on Roberto, but with this being their - for me - last real crack whilst everyone is in their "prime", i reckon tey may just lift themselves.

Panama will lose at least one game 6-0.

I think Belgium will win the group and at least make the Quarters, but I fear for them against the likes of Germany, Brazil, Spain or France

Can see either of those games becoming cricket scores if Roberto deploys his usual degree of defensive nous

They should have no problems picking off a bang average England side though

England will just have to hope they get the business done against Tunisia and Panama first

For the first time since 2006 I have a modicum of optimism that England will give a semi decent account of themselves. Not enough to win the group and probably not to get beyond the last 16 mind

belgium have got the best squad in the tournament, managerial choice is dubious and weird frankly. a few separate cultures from what I understand that holds them back from unity, but you could say the same of spain when they bored their way to victory and built a mini-dynasty

I think going for a more youthful approach this time around, manager included, might stand England in better stead, pretty much all the old guard that failed countless times have been eradicated save for Hart and even he might not make it
