I guess in a mad world which must be a near zero chance of happening they could go out on something else if all three finish on 6 and beat each other once and have identical goal difference and scored records. Wonder what odds you’d get on that? A bajillion to one or something

I have just tried to work out how 3 teams can all have 6 points. Its possible. If unlikely.

In this group it wouldn’t be that crazy given how rubbish Costa Rica are. Assuming everyone beats Costa Rica, if Germany beat Spain (not insane possibility) and Spain beat Japan (probable) then they’d all finish on 6 points
