Hodgson is 100% at fault there. Should have killed the game at 1-0, putting Barkley and Vardy on for Sterling and Kane. Russia are not a good side

Shouldn't be forgotten that Russia are woeful and have lost their entire midfield prior to the tournament.

I bet Hodgson has no clue where that went wrong as well. A shocking manager who already is failing to properly utilise what is a very talented squad with a lot of players in great form. All the players who've had great seasons and he gives Sterling and Lallana pretty much a full 90 each.
