Mate ive seen it at school level. Blows my mind the money that gets thrown into it. Legit running tracks AOTS,. Bobbly grass with white lines was the best I saw as a kid

The talent pool they produce by giving university educations to their best athletes as a sweetener is why their worlds and olympic medal hauls are so impressive.
