Install a lift directly to the top balcony.
Take out the seats and put padding wall to wall.
Supply binoculars.
Sorted.

Much better than getting the ball smashed at you when you're sat 10 feet from the pitch.

Saw a 40 yard Matty Holland volley catch a paralysed fella square in the chops once. During the warm up. Poor fella saw it coming the whole way but was powerless to move.

My dad is disabled and 74 you think this is funny? We have had a season ticket for over 10 years and seeing this type of comment from "fellow " Everton fans... makes my blood boil.... you may as well say let's hide them out of the way!!!!!!
Peace Friend.

Brother @Andy G surely meant no offence.

I can honestly say mate in over 10 years of sitting where we do... me and my dad have never been hit by a ball.... my mother...God rest her soul... went to one match with my dad... read a book and got hit by a ball!!! First and only match she ever attended!

I meant missiles being thrown and when fans get too excited and storm to the front.

I hope there's a suitable way we can accommodate more disabled fans but I'll have to say I'm against all 4 stands having the front rows taken.

Missiles and fan surges I have to say have never been a problem... at least not where we sit.

I agree I don't think all front seats should be taken out... it should be accessible to all people. I'm sure in a new stadium this can be addressed a lot better but I think with thr age of our ground options are limited

Well if the first couple of rows are removed, won't that just create a new front row, a bit further back?

Frankly, I cannot think of a worse place to watch a game than front row.

In the new stadium, I'm sure disabled access will be available to upper tiers in the ground etc.

Actually we like sitting at the front no one to stand in front of you and you get a pretty good view really....

Not quite how it works as the fans who use wheelchairs such as my dad means the seats behind are obscured fraction... and it's more difficult for kids as they can't see over the people so well... think of it like a tall person sitting in front of a smaller person at a cinema..

Let us sway gently and sing 'We are sailing' together

Another quarrel settled on the same page

@Dylan all we ask is that you reconsider re-opening that thread please

If you say no, it's ok, I forgive you
