Makes more sense than the 1 finger version. The two finger V version is the one I know also.
Most Europeans are entirely unaware of the English interpretation of the gesture. Middle finger is seemingly universal.

I knew that but feel it’s a total cop out on their part, seeing as my Cajun seasoning recipe blows it out of the water.
