If the user banner shows, it's because at some point within the previous hour - you've had something on a device logged into the account thats blocked an ad somewhere.
Whatever that is, adblocker you "forgot to turn off" like the other week you mentioned, or a VPN/privacy feature - it's definitely works

Its saying, at this moment, you're not blocking ads. So its working. Earlier today, you was.
So your account is now queued and when the next update data cycle runs, it'll recognise your not blocking ads and move you into a usergroup to remove the banner. Your account has been switched 237 times between adblocking and not adblocking since we began tracking.
If at any point prior the queue running you block ads again, you'll get the banner back.

When new value shows "verified member" without adblocker, you wont have the red banner.
Prior today, when you said you started using a VPN to block ads, you never had the banner.
You started blocking ads = banner comes back.

So Im right, last time it did block some of your ads was 10:37 AM UK time, it is 4PM now. Thats almost six hours earlier. So your data cycle runnings take a lot of time then.

Exactly. Except I didn't use the vpn to block ads, rather to watch a freakiny show. And I happened to log into GOT while watching, which was a mistake...
No mate that table shows when your account was moved usergroup. So prior 10:37am, you didn't have a banner.
Not when you last stopped blocking ads. That's a separate piece of kit.
I've always said the banner doesn't react in real-time. There's about 50 cron entries that run at different intervals to update the data across the forum. Timing can vary.
