I know Potter has more experience and I’d never write a manager off completely for a failure, especially when it’s at somewhere as volatile as Chelsea.

Don’t know, just feel a little bit like Carsley would unite everybody as someone the whole fan base would get behind.

I get that but we need a manager proven in this league, unfortunately we're not in a position where we can take a risk on a manager that may well be great.

His floppage at Chelsea is a real concern, and that was a while ago. Why hasn't he been employed since? How much of Brighton's growth was down to Ashworth and others, compared to him?

He's certainly not without doubts, but its a clear Yes if I want him instead of Dyche.
