If so then you just need to inform him of your change of mind.

Sounds like you should change your gp matty if you don't feel comfortable going to your current one

ok - so i have two family members who are allowed to discuss me with my GP

OK. Is this a safeguarding issue due to a MH related illness?
Do they have these permissions to make sure you're ok if the GP feels you're not in in good place?
