Sort of don't mind them trying gimmicks like these in NXT though. That's what it should be for.
al snow's gimmick was a bit messed up but he got over with the fans.

Just watched WCW Fall Brawl 1995. Pretty okay PPV, the first one after WCW Nitro started airing.
Arn Anderson vs Ric Flair was match of the night by far, just as expected.
The War Games match was more entertaining than expected, though that's not saying much. Ofc Hogan was the last man in the ring, he beat the entire bad guy team up in a couple of minutes without taking a single bump. Zzzzzz
The greatest thing about the show though is the commentators. I love Bobby 'The Brain' Heenan. And these days we have to do with Michael Cole and Byron Saxton..
