What was the point of Eva Marie? Why bother? She was at least trying to build a heel gimmick in NXT, so why put her in a face team, have her act like a heel throughout the match, and do nothing about it.

You made a mistake in assuming WWE had a narrative reason for having Eva Marie and Lana in that match.

But of course they didn't, because screw sense and logic right?

Emma is really good on NXT in the matches I've seen her. She has a really good storyline going on in NXT - she will deffo be on the main roster soon. She needed the heel turn because the whole thing with Santino Marella was just cringe.
