I mean brock last year didnt even compete on his contract, year before orton carried through despite the fans backing his challenger etc Im sure the WWE know the ratings lul now so they don't try to build the title up for a while

They do. I think the title will change hands a good few times before mania now.

To be fair, Rollins turned 18 months ago.

They've been playing up how Reigns & Ambrose are best buddies for months, so one of them will turn on the other at some point.

I would hazard a guess (massive unsubstantiated stereotype coming up) that the majority of WWE fans in the US are white republicans and so will potentially have an anti-Mexican bias. Hence it could work as a heel thing.

I could be completely wrong though and would be happy to be proven so.

Now Linda and Vince are obviously Republicans (and also obviously white for that matter) so it's possible the *intent* of the character is different.

However demo-wise WWE fans are more Democrat than Republican:

As for the "white" part that's off-base too. In fact the large minority audience of WWE likely contributes to leaning blue since those groups typically favour Democrats.

So all-in-all it's fair to say more than 50% of WWE's fans are non-white Democrats. Wouldn't know it from the live shows though.

Thanks for that mate. Thought I might have been off, was just an assumption. Quite surprised by the democrat leaning but the ethnic make up of the fans isn't a huge surprise. After all, they always seem very keen to have a strong Hispanic character, even if they do rarely pull it off.

Maybe it comes down to the fact that the guy still calling most of the shots is a white republican in his 70's who is notoriously bad at taking advice from others.

No mate, it will be great. They're going to have to push hard how there's a WWE title tournament at the Survivor Series and start setting it up. It won't be throwaway at all. Plus Undertaker is on the UK tour for the Smackdown taping, so he may well be at RAW too.

I hope its good mate as I've never been before.. The two i was looking forward to aren't there.. They'll have to just bring Brock out to batter everyone for no reason n I'll be happy! Haha. (if only)
