GOT Wrestle Fest Fan Thread


Have to say, I've seen Cena twice now, and I haven't been impressed at all. I understand why the crowd boo him, he uses about three moves exclusively, gets "battered" the rest of the match, then completely no-sells it.

He's a retro wrestler, who would have belonged in 1991 with Hulk Hogan, but not since DX/Austin/Rock.

Morrison and Punk are the standouts, and that mad pale guy Seamus was decent too.

So after a very entertaining, if very predictable, Elimination Chamber, the next nights Raw had some very interesting Wrestlemania developments.

The 21/2/11, to nobodys shock turned out to be The Undertakers return, so while that not being a shock HHH returned in the very same time. The pair faced off in the ring and now look set to battle and Mania. At first I wasn't too impressed as we've seen it all before. But after a days thinking it makes sense as HHH will want revenge for taker retiring Michaels last year. Also expect the mania match to be a career vs streak match with taker winning and HHH retiring to continue his work behind the scenes.

Other developments saw Jerry Lawler challenge Michael Cole to a match at mania. Should be fun to see Cole humiliated.
Also Miz got the upper hand on Cena in an entertaining tag contest which at one point had Miz and Cena as tag champions!! Weird.

All in all a good show to make Wrestlemania a bit stronger.

Would like to see it the other way around. Think the Undertaker has become one of the most boring characters in the WWE, but guess you're right in your assesment.

Cena will probably win the title against The Miz and can see a vendetta developing between Cena and The Rock afterwards.

See a lot of potential in his character, hopefully the WWE does also.

The Miz vs John Cena (WWE title)

CM Punk vs Randy Orton

Sheamus vs Daniel Bryan

The Money In The Bank Match (Kane, McIntyre, swagger, Morrison, Barrett, Kingston etc...)

Big Show vs Ezekial Jackson

Probably some god awful womens title match

And I read today it's likely to be:
Cody Rhodes vs Rey Mysterio

Not sure how impressed I'd be with a card like that! Hope we're wrong on a few fronts!
