The problem is they ran out of decent heels to face the Shield in fresh match ups.
Shield vs Wyatts was already done. Shield vs Evolution was already done. All other heels are midcarders they've given up on, the likes of Ryback and Alberto Del Rio etc.
It's a shame like, but at least the Shield guys will still be in the mix, just facing each other.

The only way wrestling can be interesting again is to go back to the big 4 PPV's. They need to go back to building feuds over 3/6 months so people are actually interested in seeing some of the midcard performers.

agreed, but it just shows again how wwe is struggling to create new top stars because they have no creative ideas left.....they rushed the shield v wyatts fued (should have been saved for WrestleMania), and only kept the shield together after mania so they had something to do with Batista and Orton (which also screwed Daniel Bryan, because although he was champ he had no one to work with, the 4 top heels are busy elsewhere along with cena and the shield)...
is been the same story for a few years now with wwe...they don't know how to book good storylines to elevate new stars....then come WrestleMania they have to bring the old guys back....
Meh, I would have given them a few more months I think. They were really quite over and were excellent in the gutsy babyface role

They can't create new stars yet here we are talking about 3 guys who 2 years ago were on the indies or in development, 3 guys who have headlined PPV's and just sucessfully feuded with 3 current stars. Plus not forgetting Daniel Bryan, CM Punk, The Wyatts.
It's not that easy to just "create stars" you know. A lot of the time they don't help themselves with dodgy booking but you need to have the right guys in the first place. A lot of guys come close but very few will ever reach that true top level regardless of what WWE do.
You can't make a Wayne Rooney out of a John Paul Kissock, but you can make one out of Ross Barkley.

Plenty of times. Like i said, a lot of times they don't help themselves with dodgy booking.
But we're talking about creating (or not) new stars here, not lower level losers who should have been grateful they got the TV time and chance they did. Like Zack Ryder.

I don't think he was that bad really, just he was lower level comedy stuff who was slightly entertaining for a little bit.
All things considered he done bloody well for himself to get the run he did so should be grateful for that as opposed to thinking he was wasted cause he had a youtube channel and some of his mates namedropped him.

Thats still one of the most unintentionally funny moments ever.
I always thought he was massively under rated as an actual worker. His ECW matches with Christian, Tommy Dreamer and Yoshi Tatsu were great. His matches were great as well

Ryder was a good worker, and before they toned down his gimmick he was hilarious as well (in the ECW days).
