I don't see Bryan as a potential winner, no way WWE would put him in a championship programme in the leadup to WMXXX.
Batista's a bit of an unknown, really. I mean, we don't have any idea what sort of ring shape he's in. Still, could easily be him, but I reckon more likely Roman Reigns (he seems to have Punk's number, too). WWE are positioning him as the next breakout main event star.

BTW, I really think they could do something special for WMXXX for the title, perhaps vacate the title beforehand, and then have a 4-man or 8-man knockout tournament similar to WM4/WM10. There just seem to be so many potential championship candidates: Orton, Cena, Brock, Batista, Bryan, Punk, Reigns +1 would make a very good 8.
