UPDATE: Jerry Lawler is doing ‘fine’ after visiting a Baltimore hospital

Wrestling legend Jerry “The King” Lawler was sent to the hospital today by WWE after he began throwing up and showing other signs of illness. According to sources, The King had blood work done at the hospital and is now doing “fine.”
Lawler is in Baltimore, Md. today for tonight’s “Old School RAW” on the USA Network. No word yet if The King will still appear on the show.
More details as we get it.

Sad news. Get well soon Lawler! At least it's not another heart attack, which everyone feared it was at first.

That night he had the heart attack was one of the scariest things I've ever seen in wrestling, I legit though he was going to die that night

Great to see Jake the Snake.

That guy has been to hell & back with all his addictions & its so awesome to see him turn his life around in his 50s.

DDP deserves so much credit for helping him.

JAKE THE SNAKE!

When he first got taken in by DDP, they tried to raise money for him to get his operations. I donated $10 and Jake sent me a signed picture of him thanking me, as he did to everyone else who donated.

So made up to see him doing well and looking great. He'll deffo play a part in the Rumble.

lol, wrestlers trying to talk to real sportsman, they may as well bring in someone whos decent at fifa for the next talk

Different culture. Wrestling not seen as a joke for kids by many 'real sportsmen' especially in the U.S.

The 49ers were using Ric Flair tapes as motivational tools before games. He's a hero to many of the 49ers players so they brought him in as a surprise.

WWE also has a deal in place with the NFL, where any NFL players can get a tryout to perhaps train to be a wrestler.
