That was one of my fave finishes ever.

I spent all match expecting something to happen, then Bryan won clean and i actually thought they were gonna just end with him celebrating.

Then Orton came out and i was "koff Orton", then he turned round and i thought it was just a teaser then BOOM, HHH hits the pedigree, Randy comes back and we get a proper heel turn rather than him just taking the title.

The best part of the main event (other than how brutal Bryan's running knee to finish looked) was that I was expecting Vince to be the one to come out, so you kind of forgot that HHH was out there. With them doing the pyro and the tickertape it really did seem like it'd end with the stare down.


Punk and Lesnar was a master class in wrestling storytelling and brutality. It also goes to show that you can put on a brutal match in the PG era without blood, head shots etc.

They were a poor mans Horsemen and watching Flair be HHH's toady left a real sour taste in the mouth


In relation to the Pay Per View, HOLY SMITH was that Brock/Punk match great. Excellent stuff

Loved the Del Rio match as well. Christian is one of the most under stated great wrestlers there is

And the main event and subsequent angle? Bravo!

It makes no sense that HHH would turn, but hey, I'm interested to see where they go

Yeah same here. They were alright and helped make Orton and Batista but overall as a stable they didn't really do much.

Punk vs Lesnar was amazing. I think that was WWE match of the year so far, better than anything on WM29 certainly.

Intrigued by where they go with Orton and Triple H.

Supposedly Triple H is going to launch a hostile takeover of the company and try to push Vince out of power for good, and this is all leading to Vince as a babyface, bringing in a wrestler to face Triple H for control of the company at Wrestlemania 30.

The rumours are that Vince's guy to face HHH will be.... Stone Cold Steve Austin! But we shall see. If it's true and Austin does get involved, none of this will start happening until Rumble time/run up to WM30. But all of what we're seeing now is definitely the start of the storyline leading to WM30.
